Jozsef Marton is the Director of Preng & Associates’ London office. Preng & Associates are an international executive search firm that works solely in the Energy sector. Headquartered in Houston and founded in 1980, Preng recruit for Board, Senior Management and Heads of function positions. Preng are experts at recruiting in Africa having placed senior executives in 21 countries across the continent. Preng help companies improve their commitment to local capacity by advising them on how to recruit more effectively at a local level. They regularly relocate senior executives to take up new roles and bring a track record of moving diaspora candidates back to their home country. Jozsef is a regular speaker and commentator on talent management strategies for companies operating in Africa and ones looking to operate in the region for the first time. Jozsef’s early career was spent working for the UK Government before moving into executive search.

He has a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford.
