Mr. Holzman has 25 years of experience in the global mining and energy sectors, managing both private and publicly listed companies across South America and Africa. He is skilled in international negotiations and has led numerous corporate acquisitions and asset mergers. Prior to co-founding Eco Atlantic, Mr. Holzman co-founded a private resource investment company and served as Managing Director for Bombardier Inc. in the Middle East from 2003 to 2006. He also co-founded the political consultancy GCS Issue Management Ltd. Mr. Holzman holds a BA in Business Management and Finance, an LLB in Israeli and International Law, and an MBA from Reichman University.
