Filippo Bof leads business development for Shell Trading across Africa and Latin America, with responsibility for trading, structured finance, and logistics-related opportunities.

Previously, he served as Trading and Commercial Manager at Shell Nigeria (SPDC), where he was accountable for trading activities in West Africa. In this role, he optimised the interface with Shell’s upstream and downstream businesses and developed strategic relationships with key commercial partners.

Before joining Shell, Filippo spent nearly ten years at ENI, holding trading roles in Amsterdam and London, as well as upstream positions in Abuja, where he managed in-country shipping and export operations.

He holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Padua, completed an exchange programme at the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned a Master’s degree in Management and Economics of Energy and the Environment (MEDEA programme) in Milan.
