Dr. Lanciné Condé is the Director General of SONAP, Guinea’s state-owned oil and gas company. A former government minister with extensive experience in finance and economic policy, he leads initiatives to attract investment and develop Guinea’s oil and gas sector, including offshore licensing rounds and LNG projects.
